Service Centres
Located in Arima, Bon Accord, Chaguanas, Princes Town, St. James, Sangre Grande, and Curepe. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Mobile service centres for rural and underserved areas.
ttconnect Kiosks
These kiosks provide government information to citizens via an electronic interface.

Senior Citizens’ Pension
Senior citizens can apply to receive their pensions via Direct Deposit. ttconnect also continues to support the Ministry of Social Development and Family Services (MSDFS) in delivering Life Certificate and Life & Residential Services (LCE/LRD) to the public. Further information on these services is available through the Toll-Free ttconnect Hotline (800-TTCN/8826), Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (excluding public holidays).
GATE e-Service ID Registrations
Future leaders can visit ttconnect Service Centres or email to complete their GATE e-Service ID registrations.
e-Tax Service Access
Clients with a ttconnect ID registered for e-Tax e-service can conduct their e-Tax transactions.
New clients can apply for a ttconnect ID at any ttconnect Service Centre or via email by submitting two valid identification documents and other required information.
