Launch of the E-Application Platform for CSME Skills Certificates and The Right of Establishment
iGovTT is proud to celebrate the launch of the Ministry of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs (MFCA) new E-Application platform for CSME Skills Certificates and Right of Establishment.
Working closely with the MFCA’s CSME Unit, iGovTT has developed this innovative E-Application platform to ensure the application process is now entirely paperless, making it accessible to members of the diaspora, no matter where they are, anywhere around the world.
Should persons require support, they can make use of the ChatBotservice to speak with a live service representative or, after hours, with our AI-powered ChatBot.
This initiative underscores the MFCA’s dedication to providing exceptional service to those it serves, both at home and abroad. iGovTT is honoured to have played a supporting role in this endeavour, contributing our technical expertise to create a fully digital, paperless solution.
